Marriage (EXPLAINED for the last time)
Marriage (EXPLAINED... )
What I edited out, but (at this rate) should have left in the book.
If I go to the shop to buy bread, I'm not looking for a bag of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt: I WANT A LOAF OF BREAD, not the basic ingredients. If I can afford a loaf of bread, then I deserve a loaf of bread.
If I go to buy a car and I have enough money to buy a Rolls Royce, I would be an idiot to invest the same amount in purchasing a clapped out second hand car: If I can afford a Rolls Royce, then I deserve a Rolls Royce. Why should I pay more for less?
When I talk about "THE IDEAL", I mean ideal for me, based on who I am.
What harm is there in self improvement? If I invest in developing my mind, body and spirit, then I deserve someone with similar investments: That is ideal. If I make no such investment in developing myself, then I have no grounds for expecting someone to invest in me; and rightly so.
I hope that covers it.
